PARTNERING AGREEMENT

PARTNERING AGREEMENT. Means any agreement, arrangement or understanding between Dynavax and a third party under which Dynavax grants to the third party, directly or indirectly, any right or option to market, sell, distribute or otherwise commercialize a TZP Product in any geographic territory.
