Partnership Agreements

Partnership Agreements. The Agreements of Limited Partnership of each of the Subsidiaries pursuant to which such Subsidiaries were formed, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented and in effect from time to time.

Partnership Agreements. Shall mean (a) those agreements listed on Annex B-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (together with any modifications, amendments, or restatements thereof), and (b) partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, or organizational agreements for any of the partnerships, joint ventures, or limited liability companies described in clause (b) of the definition of "Partnerships" above (together with any modifications, amendments or restatements thereof), and "Partnership...
