Partnership Entities

Partnership Entities. Means the General Partner, the MLP, the OLP, Williams Pipe Line and any Person controlled by any of the foregoing.

Partnership Entities. The Company, the Partnership and any other entity which is an affiliate of the foregoing entities and, when applicable in accordance with Section 5(c), means any successor to the Company, the Partnership or any other entity which is an affiliate thereof, and also includes any other entity which is an affiliate of such successor entity(ies).
