Means the date that is 20 days after the date that the Partnership Information Statement has been cleared by the SEC and mailed to the Limited Partners in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Merger Agreement and Regulation 14C of the Exchange Act (including Rule 14c-2 promulgated under the Exchange Act).
