Partnership Unit

Partnership Unit. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the ARC LP Partnership Agreement.

Partnership Unit. Means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder, and includes Common Units, LTIP Units, Series B Preferred Partnership Units, Series C Preferred Partnership Units and any other class or series of Partnership Units that may be established after the date hereof in accordance with the terms hereof.
