Parts

Parts. Collectively, the Manufacturer Parts, the Non-Manufacturer Parts, and the Supplies

Parts. Replacement parts, components, modules, sub-assemblies and materials for Systems.

Parts. Shall be deemed to mean all heavy truck parts, components and related materials sold by Volvo to dealers, regardless of whether or not such items are manufactured by Volvo.

Parts. Means any parts or equipment used in the manufacture of an Airplane or in connection with any replacement of parts in any airplane owned by a third party.

Parts. Shall mean any and all individual components of a Gaming Device purchased hereunder, together with subassemblies, operating supplies, maintenance kits, conversion kits and options thereto, if any, and any subsequent modifications authorized in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, but excluding software.

Parts. Shall mean any subassembly of the Trailers manufactured by the Company.

Parts. Shall mean field replaceable parts used to maintain Products purchased under this Agreement.

Parts. Means any of the following components of a Progressive System: the electronic components, hardware, integrated circuits, circuit boards, microchips, sensors, cables, harnesses and light emitting diodes.

Parts. Shall mean any and all equipment, appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings, seats, and other property of whatever nature (other than Engines), relating to the Airframe and Engines, including (i) any such items that may be loose on the Airframe on Closing Date, and (ii) any such items that are incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe or any Engine installed on such Airframe on the Closing Date.

Parts. Shall mean Engine part(s) provided under this Agreement and delivered by IAE to Spirit as original equipment in an Eligible Engine, or Engine spare parts provided by IAE in support of Eligible Engines, excluding Accessories, EBU Components, QEC Components and Nacelle
