Party

Party. Nastech or LICENSEE and "Parties" means both Nastech and LICENSEE.

Party. Means PhotoCure and DUSA, individually, and "PARTIES" means PhotoCure and DUSA, collectively.

Party. Either Criticare or BioCare; the term "Parties" shall mean Criticare and BioCare.

Party. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Party. Or "PARTIES" shall mean a party or the parties to this Agreement.

Party. Means each of OMAG, JOL, RCA, CCC-Oman and CCC-Panama individually and collectively they are the Parties.

Party. The Seller, the U.S. Intermediate Transferor, the Italian Intermediate Transferor, the Master Servicer, the Sub-Servicers, the Committed Purchasers and the Administrative Agent are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and each of them a "Party".

Party. Shall include (i) us, (ii) any guarantor, surety or accommodation party with respect to, or any party that provides any collateral as security for, or any party that provides a comfort letter, letter of awareness, letter of intent or similar document with respect to any of the Liabilities, and (iii) if any Party is a partnership, any general partner of such Party;

Party. Or Parties" means individually or collectively, as the case may be, the parties to this Agreement.

Party. Means a party to this Amendment Agreement.
