Example Definitions of "Pass Through Costs"
Pass Through Costs. Any Costs that Service Provider incurs from a third- party and/or an Affiliate in connection with the provision of Services under this Agreement. Pass-Through Costs shall be "passed through" to Company at cost without mark-up.
