Pass-Through Payment Status
Pass-Through Payment Status. Means the designation of Dexycu by the United States Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any successor thereto, of "pass-through" payment status pursuant to Section 1833(t)(6) of the Social Security Act or its related regulations.
