Pass Through Trust Agreement

Pass Through Trust Agreement. Shall have the meaning set forth in the third paragraph of this Agreement.

Pass Through Trust Agreement. Means each of the three separate Trust Supplements, together in each case with the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, each dated as of the Issuance Date by and between the Owner and a Pass Through Trustee; provided, that, for purposes of any obligation of the Owner, no amendment, modification or supplement to, or substitution or replacement of, any such agreement shall be effective unless consented to by the Owner.

Pass Through Trust Agreement. The Pass Through Trust Agreement among the Lessee, the Lease Guarantor and the Pass Through Trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof
