Patent Agreement

Patent Agreement. This Patent Collateral Assignment and Domestic Security Agreement, as amended and in effect from time to time.

Patent Agreement. Means the First Lien Patent Security Agreement, dated as of February ___, 2007, among the Company, the Guarantors party thereto, the other grantors party thereto from time to time and the Collateral Trustee, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Patent Agreement. Means the agreement between the Joint Venture and Movychem pursuant to which the Joint Venture shall license and, after payment in full of the $2,000,000 portion of the Xeriant capital contribution pursuant to Section 3.3(b) , acquire the Movychem Patents from Movychem as referenced in Section 5.9.
