Patent andor Patents. Means any patent or "patent pending" as filed by Onteco Corporation or its subsidiary, NexPhase Lighting, Inc., or either's affiliates, representatives, agents or assigns, with the U.S. Department of Patent and Trademarks, as relates to any and all of the Licensed Technologies, or derivative products and applications thereof.
