Example Definitions of "Patent Application"
Patent Application. Shall mean those patent applications set forth on Schedule 4(g)(ii) attached hereto and incorporated herein and all documentation related thereto. 5 "Person" means any natural person, sole proprietorship, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association, firm, trust or other entity.
Patent Application. Shall mean (a) the patent filed under Incyte internal docket number(s) PM-0008-4 US and PM-0008-4 PCT, (b) all U.S. and foreign patent applications which may be filed corresponding thereto and any and all patents issuing therefrom, and (c) all divisionals, reissues, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part and extensions thereof and any patents issuing thereon.
Patent Application. Means the United States Patent Application 10/393,751 entitled "System, apparatus and method for storage and transportation of personal health records;" all issued patents thereon; all divisions, reissues, continuations and continuation-in-part patents and patent applications; all corresponding foreign patents and patent applications; and all related foreign patents and patent applications owned by Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc., or its parent or affiliate companies.
Patent Application. A patent application filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office pursuant to Title 35 of the United States Code and Title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations on January 24, 2007, claiming priority of the Provisional Application and having serial number 11/626551.
Patent Application. The patent application(s) described in section 2(b) of attached Exhibit A. The term "Patent Application" also means any continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions or any other patent application claiming priority to a Patent Application or Licensed Patent. "Patent Application" further refers both to filings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and filings in any like foreign body.

An application for a Patent, including without limitation any provisional application, reissue application, re-examination application, continuation application, continued prosecution application, continuation-in-part application, or a divisional application, and any equivalent thereof
