Patent Applications

Patent Applications. Shall mean all applications made by, or on behalf of, a Grantor to the Patent and Trademark Office or to any similar office or agency of any foreign country or political subdivision thereof for the registration of Patents.

Patent Applications. Shall mean U.S. patent application 60/075,274 and 60/108,683 such patent application to incorporate by this reference all divisional and/or continuing applications)), attached hereto as Exhibit C. and all inventions, processes and compositions of matter reflected therein.

Patent Applications. Means all applications previously or hereafter made by, or on behalf of, a Person to the PTO or to any similar office or agency of any foreign country or political subdivision thereof for the registration of Patents.

Shall mean all domestic and foreign patent applications filed by Aerojet prior to the Effective Date or by H Power after the Effective Date which contain the Technology or any portion thereof for application in the Field of Use, including, without limitation, the Existing Patent Applications.

Patent Applications. Means the patent application(s) filed by Supplier.
