Patent Costs

Patent Costs. All out-of-pocket costs incurred by The Regents for Patent Actions.

Patent Costs. Means all preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance out-of-pocket fees and expenses, including legal fees, incurred in connection with the establishment, maintenance and prosecution of Skye or Joint Patents relating to any Product or Additional Product.

Patent Costs. Out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of Licensed Patents, including the fees and expenses of attorneys and patent agents but excluding expenses incurred in connection with patent infringement claims or other adversary proceedings, including but not limited to reexaminations, interferences, oppositions, revocation proceedings, or nullity actions

Patent Costs. Out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Salk in connection with the preparation, filing, prosecution, maintenance, reexamination matters, and interference proceedings of patent applications and patents, including the fees and expenses of external attorneys and patent agents, filing fees and maintenance fees, but excluding costs associated with any patent infringement actions, to the extent related to the Licensed Patent Rights.
