Patent Family. A specific U.S. patent or patent application together with any and all its substitutions, extensions, divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part (to the extent that the claimed subject matter of a continuation-in-part is disclosed and enabled in the parent patent application), foreign counterparts of such patent application in any jurisdiction outside of the U.S., and any and all patents that issue on any one or more of those including reexamined and reissued patents.
