Patent Licenses

Patent Licenses. All agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered in whole or in part by a Patent, including, without limitation, any of the foregoing referred to in Schedule II.

Patent Licenses. All licenses, contracts, patent rights or other agreements, whether written or oral, now owned by a Grantor, naming a Grantor as licensee or licensor and providing for the grant of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by any Patent (including, without limitation, all Patent Licenses set forth in Schedule I hereto) or otherwise granting rights with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence.

Patent Licenses. All agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to Grantor of any right to manufacture, develop, market, use or sell any products derived, in whole or in part, from any invention covered by a Patent or any similar agreement related to any other use of any invention covered by a Patent.

Patent Licenses. With respect to the Grantor, all license agreements with any other Person in connection with any of the Patents of the Grantor, or such other Person's patents, whether the Grantor is a licensor or licensee under any such license agreement, including, without limitation, the license agreements listed on Schedule 2 hereto, subject, in each case, to the terms of such license agreements, including, without limitation, terms requiring consent to the grant of a security interest; provided that, for... purposes hereof, the term "Patent Licenses" shall not include those rights which are not created by, or do not arise or exist under, the laws of the United States or any State or political subdivision thereof. Patent Licenses. All agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Patents (whether Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder) including those referred to on Schedule I hereto (collectively, "Patent Licenses");

Patent Licenses. Rights under any written agreement now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor granting any right with respect to any invention on which a Patent (as defined below) is in existence.
