Patent Licenses

Patent Licenses. All agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to Grantor of any right to manufacture, develop, market, use or sell any products derived, in whole or in part, from any invention covered by a Patent or any similar agreement related to any other use of any invention covered by a Patent.

Patent Licenses. Each license agreement identified in Exhibit A to this Agreement as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and each license agreement relating to Patents hereafter granted to, used or acquired by the Grantor, in each case together with the right to use and rely upon the inventions and other intellectual property conveyed thereunder

Patent Licenses. All agreements, whether written or oral, relating to any Patent, including agreements providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered in whole or in part by a Patent, and whether Grantor is named as licensor, licensee or otherwise.

Patent Licenses. Each license agreement relating to Patents granted to, used or acquired by the Grantor, in each case together with the right to use and rely upon the inventions and other intellectual property conveyed thereunder

Patent Licenses. All agreements and licenses to which an Obligor is a party providing for the granting of any right in Patents (whether such Obligor is licensee or licensor thereunder).

Patent Licenses. Shall mean all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Patents (whether the Company is licensee or licensor thereunder).

Patent Licenses. All licenses, contracts, patent rights or other agreements, whether written or oral, now owned by a Grantor, naming a Grantor as licensee or licensor and providing for the grant of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by any Patent (including, without limitation, all Patent Licenses set forth in Schedule I hereto) or otherwise granting rights with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence.

Patent Licenses. All agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to Grantor of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered in whole or in part by a Patent, solely related to the FC2 Product.

Patent Licenses. All rights now owned or hereafter acquired by the Borrower under any written agreement granting any right with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence, including the patent licenses listed in Schedule 1.
