Patent or Patents

Patent or Patents. Shall mean the United States and foreign patents and/or patent applications listed in Exhibit A hereto; any and all patents issuing from the patent applications listed in Exhibit A and from any divisionals, continuations and continuations-in-part of such patent applications, and any reissues, re-examinations, renewals, substitutions, extensions, confirmations and registrations of such patents.
