PATENT SUITS. Means, collectively, the Katz Suit and the IPLearn Suit, and any further suits involving the AJ Software (whether brought within the United States or within the Territory) that may be filed during the term of this Agreement and which Ask Jeeves or AJI shall promptly report to the KK.
