Patented Technology. Shall mean any and all products, processes or methods which are covered by one or more pending or issued claims of the ‘707 Patent Rights that have not been held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, or that have not been fully and finally rejected in the Patent Office without right of further appeal.
