Patents. Shall mean (a) all letters patent of the United States and all reissues and extensions thereof, referred to in Schedule B hereto, and (b) all applications for letters patent of the United States and all divisions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule B hereto.
