Pathfinder Shareholder Redemption Percentage. A number expressed as a percentage (e.g., 10% (as opposed to 0.10)) equal to (a) 0.25 multiplied by (b) a fraction (i) the numerator of which is the number of Pathfinder Shares with respect to which a Pathfinder Shareholder Redemption has been exercised and (ii) the denominator of which is the total number of Pathfinder Class A Shares outstanding as of the date hereof.
