Patient Data

Patient Data. The term "Patient Data" means actual data derived by Axia from use of the INVU Platform by Authorized Users and patients in connection with the maternal and fetal monitoring and treatment of Axia patients, whether such data is in the form of protected health information (i.e., PHI) or aggregated and anonymous data.

Patient Data. Means data provided by the Eligible Employees and Eligible Dependents to 1Life / One Medical Group under this Agreement, data collected about or from Eligible Employees and Eligible Dependents in the course of providing Medical Services, and Protected Health Information as defined under HIPAA.
