Example Definitions of "Payment Date"
Payment Date. The Company shall make a payment to Marathon in an amount equal to the Adjusted Detroit Refinery Cash Flow for the preceding Quarterly Measurement Period not to exceed the Total Outstanding Amount (as defined in the Loan Agreement).
Payment Date. Means the date on which Landlord makes a Lease Advance.
Payment Date. Means the dates upon which payments of principal and interest are due and owing under the terms of this Note.
