Payment Date

Payment Date. The Company shall make a payment to Marathon in an amount equal to the Adjusted Detroit Refinery Cash Flow for the preceding Quarterly Measurement Period not to exceed the Total Outstanding Amount (as defined in the Loan Agreement).

Payment Date. Means the date on which Landlord makes a Lease Advance.

Payment Date. Means the dates upon which payments of principal and interest are due and owing under the terms of this Note.

Payment Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) the Event Completion, (ii) the date the Company terminates the Executive without Cause or (iii) the date the Executive quits with Good Reason.

Payment Date. Means (a) December 31 of each year until the Restructuring, (b) the anniversary date of the Restructuring for each year following the Restructuring until the Final Payment Date, and (c) the Final Payment Date.

Payment Date. Shall mean the 11th day of each calendar month or, if such day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter. The first Payment Date hereunder shall be August 11, 2001.

Payment Date. Means the February 15 of the year following the occurrence of a Vesting Event.

Payment Date. Shall mean, with respect to each Retention Bonus, the first regularly scheduled payroll date following the Vesting Date associated with such Retention Bonus.

Payment Date. The date on which the Bonus Award for a Performance Year is paid to a Participant, which date shall be as soon as practicable after receipt of the audited fiscal year-end financial reports, but in no event more than 2.5 months after the end of the calendar year in which the last day of the Performance Year occurred, as determined by the Administrator. 2

Payment Date. Means the first day of each month or, in the event that the first day of a month is not a Business Day (as defined in the Note), the next Business Day (as 59 provided in the Note) during the term of the Loan in which a monthly installment of principal and interest is due under the Note.
