Example Definitions of "Payment Default"
Payment Default. Shall mean any Event of Default resulting from the failure to pay, when due, any obligation with respect to the Senior Indebtedness (including non-payment following acceleration or maturity of the Senior Indebtedness).
Payment Default. Shall mean any failure by the Borrower or the Guarantor to make payment of principal of, or interest on, any Note (as defined in the Agreement), or any other charge provided hereunder or under the Agreement, when due and payable, whether at maturity or by acceleration.
Payment Default.
