Payment Securities
Payment Securities. Means the shares of Common Stock issued to the Investors pursuant to the Merger Agreement in the form of Closing Payment Shares, Earnout Payment Shares, Financing Payment Shares and Sponsor Payment Shares (as such terms are defined in the Merger Agreement).
