PBA. Means Performance Units (with one Performance Unit representing One Dollar) awarded hereunder which are hereby designated as Performance-Based Compensation Awards under the 2004 Plan and are potentially earnable by a Participant hereunder upon achievement of the Performance Goal(s) and other conditions to entitlement hereunder therefor.
