PCTI Transferred Patents

PCTI Transferred Patents. Shall mean the patent applications which are transferred by PCTI to Tasker Products pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement, together with any patent resulting therefrom, including any continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional, reexamination, or reissue that claim subject matter outside the Field of Use.
