PDD Patents

PDD Patents. Means the patents and patent applications listed on Exhibit C attached hereto, and any and all patents issuing from the patent applications listed on such Exhibit C, or issuing from any divisions or continuations of such applications, as well as all re-issues, re-examinations, renewals or extensions of such patents.
