Peer Group Companies

Peer Group Companies. Means, for any Performance Period, the companies designated by the Compensation Committee for that Performance Period which are determined by the Compensation Committee, in its sole discretion, to be peers of the Corporation for that Performance Period; provided, however, notwithstanding a company's inclusion in the group of Peer Group Companies, such company shall be disregarded for purposes of making awards under this Agreement if: (i) it is not in existence as an independent entity... generating the types of public information needed for TSR calculations under this Agreement both at the beginning and the end of the Performance Period, or (ii) during the Performance Period, it changes its principal business in so that, in the sole Committee's judgment, it no longer can be compared as a peer of the Corporation. Peer Group Companies. Means, Cal Dive International, Inc., Global Industries Ltd., Halliburton Company, McDermott International, Inc., Offshore Logistics, Inc., Stolt Offshore S. A., and Tidewater, Inc. Peer Group Companies. The term "Peer Group Companies" means Ameristar Casinos, Inc., Boyd Gaming Corporation, Penn National Gaming, Inc., Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc., and MTR Gaming Group, Inc.

Peer Group Companies. Shall mean a group of 19 specialty chemical companies which are determined by the Committee to be at a peer level to the Company. The initial list of Peer Group Companies is attached as Exhibit B. This list shall be reviewed periodically by the Committee and substitutions shall be made as the Committee deems necessary to ensure continued peer level review and the ability to make ROIC Improvement calculations for all listed companies.

Peer Group Companies. Peer Group Companies. The group of peer companies designated by the Committee for use in determining the vesting of Relative EBITDA Growth Performance RSUs awarded by the Company on the Grant Date.

Peer Group Companies. Means the entities listed as the Peer Group Companies in the Compensation Committee resolutions approving the RSUs awarded under this Agreement.
