Peer Group Relative TSR. Means, with respect to the Performance Period, the quotient (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the Absolute TSR for the Performance Period divided by (ii) the Peer Group Weighted Average TSR for the Performance Period, as calculated pursuant to Section 2 of this Appendix A.
