Peer Relative TSR Return. The Company's Total Shareholder Return during the Performance Period relative to the Total Shareholder Return of the Peer Companies during the Performance Period. Relative Performance will be determined by ranking the Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective Total Shareholder Return.
