Peer Set

Peer Set. The U.S.-listed alternative asset managers set forth in Schedule F from time to time, each having (i) substantial activity in more than one private market asset class, (ii) a market capitalization of at least $1.5 billion and (iii) coverage by three or more equity research analysts. The Parties shall review the Peer Set annually and use commercially reasonable efforts to update the Peer Set in good faith.
