PEERLESS Technology

PEERLESS Technology. Means any and all proprietary Code, technology, inventions, works of authorship, know-how, algorithms, methods, processes, procedures, techniques, solutions, and any other type of non-public technical information provided by PEERLESS and used to design, develop, test, manufacture or distribute the PEERLESS Proprietary Software Product, including without limitation, any and all Technology embodied in the PEERLESS Material and Source Materials, excluding any KONICA Technology.
