Per Share Deal Price. Has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Stock Purchase Agreement") by and among Kelso Investment Associates VI, L.P. (among other sellers named therein), THL Buildco Holdings, Inc., and THL Buildco, Inc., dated as of July 15, 2004, as expected to be amended in connection with the closing of the Sale (as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement).
