Perfection Certificate

Perfection Certificate. Means all that certain Perfection Certificate of even date herewith executed by Borrower in favor of Silicon.

Perfection Certificate. Shall mean the Perfection Certificate in the form substantially as set forth in Exhibit A hereto and any supplement thereto as may be executed from time to time as provided herein.

Perfection Certificate. A certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit K.

Perfection Certificate. Perfection Certificate. The perfection certificate dated as of the date hereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, and duly certified by an officer, partner, manager or member, as applicable, of the Grantor. 4

Perfection Certificate. Shall mean a certificate substantially in the form of Annex I hereto, completed and supplemented with the schedules and attachments contemplated thereby, and duly executed by a Financial Officer of Finance on behalf of Finance.
