Performance Cash Award

Performance Cash Award. Shall mean any cash incentive granted pursuant to Article 9, the value of which will be paid to the Participant in cash (unless the Committee determines in its discretion to make payment thereof in Shares), upon achievement of such performance goals during the Performance Period as the Committee shall establish.

Performance Cash Award. A cash incentive Award subject to the satisfaction of Performance Criteria and granted pursuant to section 11 below

Performance Cash Award. Or "Award" means the grant of any award to a Participant pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions and limitations as the Committee may establish in accordance with the objectives of this Plan, which award is subject to the attainment of one or more Performance Goals.
