Performance Level

Example Definitions of "Performance Level"
Performance Level. The level of performance achieved by the Company during a measurement period (generally, the Measurement Period) based on the Adjusted EPS achieved as compared to the Target Adjusted EPS and the TSR Percentile for such period, which is used to determine the percentage of Target PSUs that will vest, as set forth in paragraph 4.
Performance Level. The level of performance achieved by the Company during a measurement period (generally, the Performance Period) based on Cumulative PACC achieved as compared to the Target Cumulative PACC and the TSR Percentile for such period, which is used to determine the percentage of Target Performance Share Units that will vest, as set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement
Performance Level. The level of performance achieved by the Company during a measurement period (generally, the Performance Period) based on the Company's achievement of Exhibit 10.2.7Cumulative PACC, Cumulative NSR and Relative TSR as compared to the Target Cumulative PACC, Target Cumulative NSR and Target TSR, respectively, which is used to determine the percentage of Target Performance Share Units that will vest, as set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
