Performance Measure

Performance Measure. Any measurable criteria tied to the Company's success that the Committee may determine, including Net Order Dollars, Net Profit Dollars, Net Profit Growth, Net Revenue Dollars, Revenue Growth, individual performance, earnings per share, return on assets, return on equity, return on invested capital, other Company and business unit financial objectives, customer satisfaction indicators and operational efficiency measures.

Performance Measure. With respect to any applicable grant made pursuant to the Plan, one or more of the criteria selected by the Committee pursuant to Section 9(c) of the Plan for the purpose of establishing, and measuring attainment of, Performance Goals for a Performance Period in respect of such grant, as provided in the related grant agreement

Performance Measure. One of the three performance measures established by the Committee in accordance with Section 10 of the Plan for the Performance Period and set forth in Exhibit A hereto.

Performance Measure. Shall mean, for any Fiscal Year, (a) the Company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for such Fiscal Year, less (b) the Company's interest expense and capital expenditures for such Fiscal Year, as determined by reference to the Company's audited financial statements for such Fiscal Year.

Performance Measure. One or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period: basic or diluted earnings per share, net revenues, gross profit, income before income taxes, income before income taxes less a charge for capital, return on capital, return on equity, return on investment, operating expenses as a percentage of net revenues, selling, general and administrative expenses as a percentage of net revenues, working capital ratios,... inventory turn rate and inventory shrinkage control; each as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company and, if so determined by the Committee prior to the expiration of the Determination Period, adjusted, to the extent permitted under Section 162(m) of the Code, to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measure. The Company's, or a designated business segment of the Company's, return on equity, return on sales, net income, sales growth, return on assets, total shareholder return, free cash flow, or a combination thereof.

Performance Measure. Collectively, the (i) the Tertiary Oil Production Measure, (ii) the Corporate Production Measure, (iii) the Peer Group Efficiency Measure, and (iv) the Reserve Replacement Measure; provided, further, that when reference to a specific Performance Measure is intended, reference will be made to such specific Performance Measure.
