Performance Percentile. Means the rank, expressed as a percentile, of the Company's Total Shareholder Return for the Performance Period when compared against the Total Shareholder Return of each of the members of the Peer Group.

Performance Percentile. Means the rank, expressed as a percentile, of the Company's Total Shareholder Return for the Performance Period when compared against the Total Shareholder Return of each of the members of the Peer Group. For purposes of this ranking, the Total Shareholder Return for each member of the Peer Group shall first be determined and ranked and then the Total Shareholder Return of the Company shall be compared to the ranking of the Peer Group members.
