Performance Period

Performance Period. The time period during which the performance goals must be met with respect to Performance Units, Performance Shares and any other Award subject to performance goals

Performance Period. Shall mean the period consisting of the Company's 2016, 2017 and 2018 fiscal years.

Performance Period. The period established by the Committee over which Performance Targets are measured, which, unless otherwise indicated by the Committee, shall be the Plan Year
