Performance Phantom Stock. A right granted by the Committee pursuant to Section 4(a) to receive the value (as determined pursuant to the Plan) of a share of Common Stock, to the extent such share of Performance Phantom Stock is earned and vested pursuant to the terms of the Plan, as of a specified date or as of the date of occurrence of a specified event with none of the attendant rights of a shareholder of such shares except to the extent otherwise provided herein
