Performance Stock Incentive. A Stock Incentive, including without limitation, a Performance Stock Award, Performance Unit Award, Restricted Stock Award, or Restricted Unit Award providing for the award, delivery or payment of shares of Common Stock or cash, or a combination of each, that is subject to specified Performance Goals.
