Performance Stock Units

Performance Stock Units. Means performance-based Stock Units (as defined in the Plan) granted under this Agreement and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Plan. The target number of 'Performance Stock Units' (the 'Target ') granted under this Agreement is the number specified in the Grant Notice, with the actual number of Performance Stock Units earned to be 0% - 200% of the Target, based on Grantee's continued provision of Services to the Company and the level of attainment of the performance goals set... forth in Exhibit B. Performance Stock Units. An Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing under Section 8.
