Performance Year

Performance Year. The Company's fiscal year or portion thereof specified by the Administrator as the period over which Performance is to be measured pursuant to the AIP Bonus Formula for that period. Unless otherwise specified by the Administrator, the Performance Year shall be the calendar year.

Performance Year. Means a given calendar year within the Performance Period
