Period of Restriction

Period of Restriction. The period during which the transfer of Shares of Restricted Stock are subject to restrictions and therefore, the Shares are subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture. Such restrictions may be based on the passage of time (including the continuation of employment or service), the achievement of target levels of performance, or the occurrence of other events as determined by the Administrator

Period of Restriction. Means the period during which shares of Restricted Stock are subject to forfeiture and/or restrictions on transferability; provided , however , that the Period of Restriction on Shares granted to a Section 16 Person may not lapse until at least six (6) months after the Grant Date.

Period of Restriction.
