Permitted Accounts. Bank (as such term is defined in Section 3(a)(6) of the Securities Act of 1933) accounts, including savings accounts and bank money market accounts, as well as those accounts permitted under Rule 15c2-4 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that enable the Escrow Agent to promptly transmit or return the Escrow Funds to the person entitled thereto when the appropriate event or contingency has occurred in accordance with Section 4 hereof
