Permitted Activities. Shall mean (i) owning not more than 1% of the outstanding shares of a publicly-held Competitive Business which has shares listed for trading on a securities exchange registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission or through the automated quotation system of a registered securities association; (ii) owning capital stock of CGX; or (iii) those activities or actions undertaken by Executive, to the extent, but only to the extent, such activities or actions are expressly approved in writing... by the CEO. Permitted Activities. Shall mean (i) owning Company common stock, (ii) serving as an officer or employee of the Company, (iii) Employee's equity investments in the equity shares or debt securities of publicly-traded companies provided that Employee is not involved in the management of such business and such activities do not interfere with the 5 Company's business or Employee's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, or (iv) any other activities approved in writing by the Company.
