Permitted Assignee. Permitted Assignee. (a) any Affiliate of any Holder who acquires Registrable Securities from such Holder, or its Affiliates, or (b) any other Person who acquires any Registrable Securities of any Holder or Holders who is designated as a Permitted Assignee by such Holder in a written notice to Company; provided, however, that the rights of any Person designated as a Permitted Assignee referred to in the foregoing clause (b) shall be limited if, and to the extent, provided in such notice.
