Permitted Businesses. Any business that is the same as or related, ancillary or complementary to any of the businesses of the Company and its subsidiaries on the original issue date of the Note, including without limitation, any business engaged in the research, development, production, manufacturing and sale of plasma-based biopharmaceutical products, or that manufactures and produces human albumin products and immunoglobulin products for the treatment and prevention of diseases
